Well, there are only 5 days left until Election Day. I will be glad when Tuesday arrives and hopefully can start working to rebuild the Jordan School District. If you haven't taken advantage of Early Voting or voting by mail, please remember to vote on November 2nd and tell your friends and family to vote also (and while they are voting, to vote for Nathan Gedge for Jordan School Board).
We had a great turnout last Saturday for our final Walk the Precinct, with 15 volunteers from family, co-workers, friends, fellow JSD Board candidates and the JEA. We passed out over 2,000 fliers in the rain - this will go a long way in helping us achieve victory next week.

- Nathan Gedge, a fifth-generation Utahan, is currently running to serve on the Jordan School District Board of Education representing Precinct 7 (West Jordan). A current member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of West Jordan and a past candidate for West Jordan City Council (2007) and the Utah State House of Representatives (2008), Nate is professionally employed by a local health insurance company, Educators Mutual Insurance Association, where he oversees all pharmacy and prescription benefits, including Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage. Nate is also a freelance pharamcy consultant and diabetes educator. Nate is also a founder and trustee of the Foundation for Children and Youth with Diabetes, Inc., a non-profit, 501c3 charity that operates Utah's only diabetes camp, FCYD Camp UTADA. Nate also serves on the Board of Directors of the Diabetes Education and Camping Association. Nate is married to his wife Jule and they are the parents of 4 children: Jackson, Abbey, Taylor and Elizabeth. They are also the proud pet parents of Chewie and Leia.
